My Verizon-branded Note 9 frequently loses signal. It can happen as I sit still with the phone sitting next to me. It will go from 4g LTE to no data and no phone connection whatsoever. It also struggles to grab onto different signals (We live in the country and have a Verizon-provided Samsung network extender in the house, as well as a SureCall extender in my detached office and another amazon purchased extender in my detached shop. Passing between these 3 and the network accessed outside without an extender does not happen smoothly, often requiring I place the phone in airplane mode and off again in order to get it to recognize and latch onto a network.
It happens both at home as well as on the road between my house and Fairfield, TX, and often while in Fairfield as well. I could use some help. I found this article:
https://thedroidguy.com/how-to-fix-samsung-galaxy-note-9-unstable-mobile-data-connection-1094494
It is for a Sprint-branded phone, so not quite the same. When I click on the link for the form to fill out, it just brings me to codigs.com and not to any form.
Thank you in advance for your help.
