Unlocked Galaxy s5 says it is updated but it is on ver 4.4.4

Hello All

I have an unlocked Galaxy S5 on T-Mobile that constantly says it is updated but it is at ver 4.4.4 When I tell it to update it tells me that current software is up to date and I can check again in 24 hrs.

Any ideas as to why I can’t get the update ?

Is there a way to bypass the 24 hr hold while I am trying to get it to update?
