unable to access lg qthin with windows 10

Hi,

I have the LG thinq7. since I updated to android 10, i can no longer access the phone’s data storage by USB connection.

Prior to update, I can just plug into my PC and access both int & ext storage data as a mass storage.

now, w update to android 10, it see my phone, but i no longer has access to my phone data storage.

I can’t find any security or lock that prevents me to access my phone storage w my PC. (Surface Pro 6 windows 10 up to date).
