Hey so my galaxy a20 is about 3 weeks old. I was on a call this morning went to hang up and realized in a 3 min period my touchscreen stopped working. I rebooted with volume down and power. Still nothing. Gave it some time in a bag of rice just incase it picked up some moister somewhere. 6 hours later I pull my sim and sd card and try the reboot again volume down and power. And it’s not going any further then the boot load. I’ve tried restting 3 or 4 times. Got a few responses from the touch screen…enough to put in my password after startup. Got on a call went to hang up and now it’s back to unresponsive not loading. Any ideas?
