The screen on my iPhone XS is bugging

stopped me from using the letters P and L. However without dropping the phone, the left hand side of my phone no longer works and I cannot use letters Q and a. It has also stopped me from using letters JKN. The very very top of my phone also doesn’t work as well however that doesn’t really affect me. I’ve tried resetting the phone but it hasn’t made a difference, what should I do
