Assuming your software is up to date and the lenses are externally clean, is there any chance it was exposed to high levels of moisture and/or big temperature swings (hot to cold)?
If it is moisture, one easy way to help dry a phone is to fill a ziplock bag with ~1lb of rice and bury the phone inside (turn it off first), and seal the bag. Leave it for 2-3 days. This should help pull out any internal moisture and (maybe??) clear up your photos.
