My Samsung Galaxy S10 keeps showing a silent pop-up notification that says “sending email…” This notification shows up even when I have not recently sent an email and has been popping up several times a day for probably the past month. I have tried everything I can think of to get this notification to clear, but without success. I don’t want to permanently turn email notifications off, so may you can help me.
Thank you,
Kim K.

Hello, Kim.
The first thing you need to do is to clear the notification/s.
> Tap the top of your screen and drag it downwards to open the notification panel on the Home page.
> Tap Clear or Clear All to clear the notification/s.
> Then turn the phone off and on again.
If you are still getting a “sending email” notification, try to check your email and see if there are unsent emails in the Draft Folder or Outbox (depending on your email client). Delete the unsent emails if you no longer need to send them.
CLEAR CACHE AND DATA of the email app.
> head to Settings > Apps > select your Email > Storage.
> Then select Clear cache. After clearing the cache, go back to Settings > Apps > select your Email > Storage, then select Clear Data.
If you are still getting the same notification up to this point, delete the System Cache. Here’s how:
> Turn off the device.
> Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby key, then press and hold the Power key.
> When the Galaxy S10 logo shows, release all buttons.
> Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
> Press Power key to select.
> Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
> When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
> Press the Power key to restart the device.
If none of the potential solutions provided above fixes the problem, you can delete the email account then add it again.
The last resort you can try when you are still getting sending email notification even after deleting and re-adding the email account on your device is to perform a factory reset. This reset will cause a complete data loss so make sure to backup your phone data beforehand.
