Samsung S9 Plus SMG 965u -cannot clear cache

  • It used to be easy to clear my cache, now it goes straight to splash screen
  • I’ve tried shutting off phone- holding 3 buttons when rebooting -it still goes to the splash screen? This used to work now it does not
  • Not sure if something’s – carrier is Verizon and we’ve had a few updates  -evidently something’s changed?- it’s just not working- help!!
