Samsung s6 edge ic and battery issue

I m using samsung galaxy s6 edge. It suddenly heat up one day and turned off. I thought there is battery issue , so gave it some low voltage to start charging. It started showing the charging sign only ( without percentage) and continue to show it. I even changed the battery but its site where ic present started getting hot and it ruined the new battery. What I should do now. Is it the issue with battery or ic ? Idk what I should do. I have already wasted money and a new battery.
