Do you have a resource within Samsung that can actually “help”? I purchased my S20 in March 2020. The phone drops calls constantly, then when I try to call the person back the screen says “Emergency Calls Only”. Additionally the phone does not ring when people call me. AT&T replaced the SIM card three times. AT&T sent me a new S20, same issue. Happens at home, away from home, all the time. I sent the phone back to Samsung and their response is “no issue found”. Not acceptable !!!! Meanwhile while the phone has been with Samsung for repair, I’ve been using my older S8 and haven’t had one dropped call in the last 8 days !!!

Samsung Customer Care is of little help to offer a feasible solution, which is a refund!
