First off, try to check the cable you’re using. Make sure the connectors at both ends aren’t wet. You can also soak them in alcohol for a few seconds and let the connectors dry for a few minutes.
Then check the charging port of your phone. I had an S10 device before and I know that new Samsung devices are now pretty accurate when it comes to detecting moisture in the port. so if it says it has detected moist, then there’s probably moisture in it.
Take a small piece of tissue paper and gently insert it into the port. Let it sit there for a few minutes and the moisture detected notification should be gone after that. If not, reboot your phone and try charging again.
