Samsung Note 9 not updating 8.1.0

Hi, don’t know if anyone can help?

I live in the UK and have a Samsung Note 9 which came from the UAE. The phone will not update and is currently Android version 8.1.0 with security patch dated 01/11/18.

I have tried updating via Samsung Smart Switch.

I have cleared the cache, done a factory reset and checked if the phone is rooted, which it isn’t.

I believe the only way to update the android version is to do it manually, can anyone help with this.

The phone is SM-N960F dual sim Serial Number RF8KC1DMFSR
