If the problem is only for the incoming calls, make sure that you haven’t blocked any phone numbers on your device. Otherwise, you won’t receive calls from the block listed numbers. To check, head to Phone-> Settings-> Block Numbers. If there are phone numbers in your block list that you wish to receive calls from, you can remove them from the list.
If there are no block listed phone numbers on your device yet you are still unable to receive calls, check DND and make sure that it is off. Go to Settings-> Sound and Vibration-> Do Not Disturb, and toggle the switch to turn the feature off if needed.
If the first two solutions fail to fix the problem, try resetting your phone’s network settings. Doing so will delete misconfigured or corrupted network settings that hinder that phone receive phone calls. WiFi, Bluetooth, and other network settings will be restored to default. Here’s what to do:
> Go to Settings > General Management > Reset and select Reset network settings.
After the network reset, have someone call your phone and check if you are already able to receive the call. If not, the last option you have before contacting your network provider is to restore the phone to factory default settings. This will delete everything saved in your device, so make sure to backup your files beforehand.
