Samsung J7 error code 39 when sending texts

Hello- I have a Samsung J7 V that has started having issues sending texts. When attempting to send a text I recieved the message “Can’t send. Contact your device manufacturer.  Error code 39”.

The phone is about 1 year old, and has hardware version J737V.04, and was updated to software version J737VVRUABUJ3 on in Nov, 2021 but can’t seem to find a current software update with the system update search.

Please advise-
