Here’s the problem:
Without any warning, while I was in the middle of checking my Twitter account, my S9 suddenly shut down and started to reboot. However, it just kept rebooting and I couldn’t even power it off. I tried force restarting it but it wouldn’t work. I called my service provider who tried the same steps I did. I did manage to get it to a download page, but the only options were to either download a new OS (but it just stayed on the same blue screen) or to restart. When I got it to restart, it just repeated the same loop again.
I have files on the phone that I need to recover. Samsung says they can’t do anything other than send it to a repair depot 0 with no guarantee they will recover the files and my service provider can only replace the phone.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
