I have an s9 phone and a couple months ago after a update my phone just says (adding Attachment) when texting and sometimes sends it in 5 sec but most of time up to 5 or 10 minutes, I have done all trouble shooting which ended in factory reset but no go and then i got a new phone and same problem.
