s10 plus black screen

i was playing game on my s10 plus when suddenly it just appears black on the screen. i tried to plug it in on the charger but didnt show any logo on it. then tried the video that was here didn’t work as well. then i tried it on a different charger the logo appears then it goes back to black screen again. i dont know what is the problem
