My phone ( LG Stylo 5 )is not connected to metro by T-mobile network both customer service and in-store employees both say my phone is in good condition. However I am not able to change my preferred network mode to anything else as it is grayed out and does nothing. Network operators are not working either and was told by employees that network mode “22” shouldn’t even be an option. Another note is when I try to make calls, my phone thinks it’s in Airplane mode and “ radio off “ appears there. Even when I make sure it’s not on. I have tried all troubleshooting options with Metro, T-mobile, even my Uber driver who took me there tried to fix it. Is there any chance it could be an internal hardware issue?
