Pocophone f1 shutoff and battery drain issue

I’ve had my pocophone for a while now, I’ve replaced the screen once and the battery twice. The battery issues started a couple months ago by dying at about 10% and draining quickly. After replacing I noticed that the instant death had migrated to 20% but the device remained usable. Over the past weeks the shutoff point has migrated to 30,40,50 all the way to its current 90% +level. It can die anywhere between 100% and 91% now.
It won’t reboot completely until I plug it in and then it says I have 30-80% battery left. I’m assuming it’s a hardware problem, but im not sure exactly what to replace/fix. I’ve done a factory restlet that hasn’t changed anything. I’d appreciate any help to get my phone working properly again! Thanks!
