First, this is a Samsung a10 e thru total wireless, I don’t think it has 32 GB, but regardless, it has been fine until yesterday, In the morning it said Samsung had an update to install, when it was done I believe it said something about android 10? Anyway, it was fine until last night, I plugged it into its charger as usual and a notification came on and an alarm went off the notification said that water had been detected in the charging port and to unplug the charger. It then listed a bunch off things do do such as blowing in the port, but my phone had not been within 10 feet of any water. I tried all the things and nothing helped. I waited till this morning then restarted it hoping it would go away but same problem. I’ve seen several mentions of this problem online but the advice is return it. I have a 2 year warranty and since I bought it in may this year I can return it but I would like to find out what happened. Could the update be responsible?
Thank You.
