Only official released binaries are allowed to be flashed”

I’ve rooted my phone successfully, and after going into file manager, i tried to install an apk application but it said that “Application cannot install”. I restarted my device and after that, it didn’t turn on. It only shows logo screen with the red message on the upper right corner that “Only official released binaries are allowed to flash”. Please suggest a solution
