None of my notifications will work. Imessage, Calls, Snapchat, Skype, nothing notifies me. Ive googles a bit and my notifications are on, i did restart it many times, not disturb isnt on.

Soo, I saw it suggested in a comment in another thread and tried the following which worked: As it was a security update it seems to have somehow blocked the notifications, but if you use a vpn, then it works fine. I tested it using FreeVPN from the app store (you just have to watch some ads), and once i confirmed it fixed the issue I got a month trial with another company, in the hope that apple fix it within the month so that it didn’t cost me £££. I also filled out a bug report form to apple to encourage them to fix it.

Not very helpful but I will add that i also have this problem and have so far:
restarted my phone
soft restarted my phone
deleted all the apps with issues and reinstalled them
reset my phone
and today, factory reset my phone and restored from backup.
Nothing works, my husband has the same issue, i have a 6s he has a 7. Briefly, two nights ago, all notifications started working again for about 2 hours for both of us (I was on wifi, he was a few miles away on mobile internet using a different carrier). Its a mystery. It also affects the apps i use for work (humanity) so its not just chat apps. I have wasted so much time on this but its still not fixed, and I want to scream. And the problem started last thursday morning after my ios updated to 13.5.1.
