Note 9 wifi light blue

I have a Samsung note 9 and the wifi won’t turn on . When I press the wifi icon , it goes light blue like it is about to turn on , then deactivates itself . I’ve tried factory reset, and safe mode . Still the problem is there , which left me no option but to factory reset the phone . It works fine for a day or 2 then the same problem arises . I’ve factory reset my phone about 3 times now and I’m over it .

This all happened after the new update ,is anyone else having this problem ??
