Me, my girlfriend and a friend all own Note 4’s, all on Tmobile, all live in metro L.A.
As of July 9, we’ve lost service. Some messages on phone says “no SIM”, and/or “mobile networks not available”.
Tmobile reps claim that Samsung is/has phased out the Note 4, allegedly to force more sales of newer models.
Samsung tech support had me go through some set up procedures, but nothing helped.
New SIM cards from Tmobile did not correct the problem.
Any knowledge of a conflict between Samsung & Tmobile, or troubleshooting tips would be appreciated.
