Network signal problem in Samsung A50

i am using Samsung A50s (128 gb). all of a sudden my network kept loosing its signal frequently. while i was working outside i kept my mobile data on and forgot to turn off and put inside of my bag. after finishing work, i found this problem. i can not connect 4g network. whenever i try to do both of my sim cards start loosing its signal and it comes back again.

but when i downgraded my signal to 2g, both of the sim cards are working fine. but i can not connect to 4g network. i tried several times to put my sim card slot properly. my sim cards are working fine on other device. i tried recovery mode and then restarted it again but it is not working.

is there any good soul who can fix my problem? would be very kind of you. thank you.
