Trees, building, and walls can affect the phone’s reception. If you are within the coverage area, out of signal barriers and the phone is still showing low signal strength, try the solutions provided below: 1. Restart your phone. Doing so will close all the running apps, refresh the phone’s operating system, and enables the phone to reconnect to the tower. 2. Check your phone settings. > Airplane phone should be disabled. If it’s already off, turn it on for a few seconds and then turn it back off. Doing so will refresh your phone’s wireless radios including the cellular network connections. > Mobile Data should be enabled if necessary. > Disable WiFi especially when not connected to a WiFi network. You also need to set mobile networks mode to Select Automatically. Simply head to Settings-> Connections-> Mobile Networks-> Network Operators -> Select Automatically. 3. If you have accessories on your device, better remove them as they can also interfere the signal transmission on your phone. 4. Remove and re-insert your SIM Cards. Verify if the SIM Cards are in good conditions, free of debris and scratches. Clean it using a cloth when necessary. Then put the SIM Cards back and make sure they are properly installed. If the problem persists, contact Samsung or visit their nearest store for them to assess your Samsung A30 device. 0 Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp Leave an answerYou must login or register to add a new answer.
