But you can try clearing cache on your phone and see if it fixes the problem. To clear cache, tap Apps from the home screen. Scroll to and tap Settings. Scroll to and tap Applications. Tap Application manager. Scroll to and tap the application. Tap Storage > Clear Cache. Your last resort is a factory reset. To do that, turn off your device completely. Then press and hold the Volume Up and Home buttons. While continuing to hold volume up and home, press and hold the Power button until the Samsung Galaxy S6 screen appears then release all buttons. Wait for the ‘Android Recovery’ screen to appear; intermediate error screens may display prior to reaching this screen. From the Android system recovery screen, select wipe data/factory reset. Utilize the volume buttons to go through the available options and press the power button to select the highlighted option. Select Yes and allow several seconds for the factory data reset to complete. Once done, go to and select Reboot System now. If none of these methods is able to fix the problem, have your phone checked by an authorized technician. 0 Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp Leave an answerYou must login or register to add a new answer.
