My iphone when it’s charging

So everytime i take my phone off charge and leave it for about 5 mins it ends it restarting and restarting until it eventually runs out then when i put it back on charge it turns back on and goes back to the normal percentage this has been happening for about 2 days now and this is a big problem as i cannot even take my phone off of charge now i really need some help on what to do
