Hi! Check Apple System Status if there’s an ongoing maintenance or reported technical issue. If none, see to it that you are logged in to iTunes and make sure that you have its latest version installed on your computer. Might as well check the USB cable you used when connecting to your computer and ensure that it is not faulty or damage. Lastly, try to force restart your iPhone 11. To do so, press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Then press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Afterwards, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the “Slide to Power Off” command appears. Drag the power off slider from left to right to turn off your iPhone. Once you’re done force restarting your iOS device, turn your computer off and on again. Then check if you are already able to sync your iPhone 11 to the computer.
