Make sure to configure your phone with the correct data settings or APN settings. Data settings may vary depending on the network you are currently subscribe to. You can contact your Telco service provider to acquire this information. Meanwhile, if you have already set up your APN or Data settings correctly and the internet is still not working even if mobile data is enabled, try removing your SIM card while your phone is off. Then re-insert the SIM card, turn the phone back on.
