i have a samsung galaxy s7 edge that originally had sprint service but has been unlocked to allow me to connect it to my t-mobile service but for some reason i am unable to send or receive picture messages. how do i fix this problem. i have checked all the usual obvious settings such as auto retrieve to make sure that they are on.
