I recently purchased a BellPal watch for the falls alert feature. It pairs with their app on my phone. I had to take my phone with me to the bedroom last night to keep it paired. I got up this morning and my watch was disconnected. When I asked their CS the answer I received is that this happened because of my phone going into sleep mode? I need this app running 24/7. I can’t seem to find any way to tell my phone to NOT go into sleep mode if that is the problem and not a dysfunctional watch.
