Hello,
It is a bit unusual for a high-end phone like iPhone 11 to depreciate its battery health every week. But here are some things you can try improve your iPhone’s battery health.
1. Make sure that your iPhone is running the latest iOS version. You can check for available updates on your device. Head to Settings > General > Software Update.
2. Remove your phone case (if there’s any) when charging as it can generate excess health and affect the battery capacity of your device.
3. Lower your screen brightness/ turn on Auto Brightness and use WiFi to extend your Battery life.
> open Control Center and drag the Brightness slider to the bottom to dim or lower the screen brightness.
> To turn on Auto-Brightness, go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Display Accommodations and set Auto-Brightness to On.
If you will be using internet and there is available WiFi network, use WiFi instead of your mobile data. WiFi uses less power compared to a cellular network.
3. You can also enable Low Power Mode. Simply head to Settings > Battery.
Also, when charging your phone by connecting the USB cable to the computer, make sure your computer is plugged in and powered on. If the computer is powered off, on stand-by mode or sleep mode while your phone is connected, this may drain your phone’s battery life instead.
4. Try to limit background app refresh and auto downloads as this can also drain your battery life. Go to Settings > General > Background App Refresh. You can disable Background App Refresh for a specific app or the entire apps.
You can also disable some visual effects and tighten the auto-lock time. You can also check for the app/s that is tracking your location and turn them off or make some adjustments.
So, these are the things you can try to prevent your phone from draining so fast and improve its battery health. For more recommendations, you can always contact Apple Support or visit their nearest store.
