iPhone 6s Bluetooth and Wifi Issue

I have an issue with my iPhone 6s bluetooth and wifi connectivity but could not figure out wether its hardware or software issue. My bluetooth and wifi works fine with my MacBook but have problem connecting with other devices. Hosting hotspot is also possible, other devices can connect but it gets disconnected after  couple of minutes. I can’t connect to other’s hotspot, it keeps saying incorrect password. I have been trying to connect my iPhone 6s with audio devices using bluetooth it gets connected but gets disconnected simultaneously. I have tried all kind of software methods available on internet but none helped. Kindly tell me is it my hardware?
