IPHONE 5S NOT CHARGING NOT TURNING ON

hello good day, my iphone 5s does not charged or turn on, i just replaced a new battery but still it wont charged or turn on, also i tried holding power button + home  button for 15 seconds but still it wont work. pls help me thank you so much.
