Hello. Not all iPhone models can update to latest iOS versions or to iOS 13. And it is possible that your device is not compatible with iOS 13. These are the iPhone models that are compatible with iOS 13: iPhone 6S and 6S Plus, iPhone SE, 7 and 7 Plus, iPhone 8 and 8 Plus, iPhone X, XS, XS Max, XR, and iPhone 11, 11Pro and 11 Pro Max.
If your iPhone is on the list and still don’t have the iOS 13 update, check your battery and ensure you have at least 50% battery life. You also need to have at least 2G free storage on your device. Updating your iOS version also requires you to have a good to excellent internet connection. We recommend you connecting to WiFi when checking for iOS update. Lastly, restart your iOS device to clear out glitches that might have prevented the iOS update to appear on your device.
