My iphone was low on memory and when I tried to restart the phone it got stuck on apple logo. I connected itunes put it in recovery mode to update the iOS which was released next day of this issue,it doesn’t happens.
The data is very important and I can’t loose it. Please help.

A lot of iPhone users are also experiencing error 14 on iTunes. This might have something to do with a failing USB or lightning cable. Do you have a spare USB cable for iPhone or can you borrow it from a family member then try it on your device? Try using a different lightning cable or USB cable. This might do the trick.
Another thing that you can try is to make sure that the iTunes installed on your computer is getting the latest version. Outdated version of iTunes can also cause this kind of complication. If there is another computer with the latest iTunes installed that you can use, try connecting your iPhone to that computer. If there is no other computer that you can use, try plugging the USB cable to a different port on your computer.
If these workarounds will fail, then your last resort is a complete wipe out of the device through a factory reset. Corrupted files that exists on your phone may have been preventing the successful update on iTunes.
