My huawei p20 lite shows no service problem with the sim-card inserted and on network coverage. First i tried all the steps outlined in this forum, from there i suspected and concluded that it could be a technical problem. I then took the phone to a certified technician ( thinking so because they are running licensed repair shops). All of the different technicians I took the phone to thought the problem could be a broken signal cable, but when try to replace the part, the problem does not go and they say they do know what the problem is.
I thought maybe somebody could have mistakenly blacklisted my phone, I went to my network service provider, they say that is not possible because for them to blacklist a phone they need that person to bring IMEI and the box that contained the phone along.The box is with me, so it is not possible for someone to have mistakenly blacklisted it ….Please help i don’t know to go now?
