Also, ensure that your phone is fully charged or have at least 75% battery life. Then follow these steps: 1. From your Home screen, swipe up or down to show the apps icon. 2. Go to Settings->System Updates-> Check for system updates. 3. Your phone will check for available updates. If an update is available, tap Download now. 4. Once prompted with a message that the new software version is ready to be installed, tap Install update. 5. Your phone will reboot by itself and once back on, you will be prompted with a message that the installation has been completed.
