Starting today I was unable to make or receive phone calls on my Galaxy A10S model SMA107 m/ds. Red Pocket, my provider, said the phone will not support 4G, but Samsung’s specs show that it does. I’ve reset my network settings but it doesn’t give a 4G option under Settings/Connections/Mobile networks/Network mode. Do I need to get a new phone? If not, how can I enable 4G on it?
