hi! so I have this problem with my phone since begging of 2019 me and my dad bought the same phone galaxy J7 and my dad’s J7 got updates so many updates but my J7 doesn’t got an update since 2018 and I have tried serval services and apps but none of them work I tried smart Switch but it needs and computer or a phone that I can connect with mine which I have none not a computer or a phone because my dad sell has phone couple months ago. however my phone becomes so slow and even some of the emojis are too old. and whenever I try to install an update from “settings” / “software update” it says latest version installed. but I know it’s not installed because my dad phone was so much better than mine and it has more newer things in it then mine. so please please if you know any solves from my problem I will be so thankful for it I’m suffering with this problem from long ago please help me.
