I hope someone can please help me!! I have contacted Samsung and actually used the app called Smart Tutor and had Samsung get on my phone and clear the cache and also made sure it wasnt in full screen mode. I also took it to a cell phone repair shop and they reset my phone ( not a full reset because I restored everything through my google account) but it is still not fixed!! My screen will not fit my phone ONLY on certain apps and certain websites. And on certain apps or websites i cannot scroll down or over, like for instance I was filling out an application the other day and I was trying to go down and hit submit but i couldnt! Not even with the down arrow on the key board, its crazy. So now on my printer at home, it wants me to accept some terms on my phone, well i cant accept the last one so now I cant print with my phone. The guys at phone store said there was nothing else they could do for it. Please help!
