If your forgot your USER ID for your Samsung Account, you can retrieve it by visiting the Samsung Account Retrieval page at https://account.samsung.com/accounts/v1/MBR/findId.
You’ve also mentioned that you tried restoring the phone to no avail. You may want to do this one more time. This hard reset will require you to use the Hard Keys of your device. Make sure as well that your phone has at least 50% battery life. If you are ready, here are the steps:
1. Turn off your Samsung Galaxy A10.
2. Press and hold the Power Button and the Volume Up until Logo appear, then release all button.
3. Once the options appear on the screen, select Wipe Data/Factory Reset by pressing the Volume button. Then press the Power button to confirm.
4. Your phone will then be restored to factory default settings without the use of pattern/password. Note that this will result to a complete data loss.
