Grey faded screen

I didn’t drop or get my phone wet but the screen has turned faded and grey with a faded dark gray bar on top of the screen and the majority of the rest of the screen is a different shade of gray and then only the very bottom is normal.  Also, the keyboard is VERY unresponsive and  difficult to use. I have tried a soft reset and powering off numerous times and I don’t know what else to do please help
