I have a samsung galaxy s8. I recently in August had the front and back screens replaced as they were cracked and the screen stopped working. Last night I got home from working a 12 hour shift and my phone was at 17% when I went to bed and working completely normal. I must have forgetting to plug it in because when I woke up it appeared dead, and I attempted to plug it in the charger. I plugged it in and no response. Usually if it’s truly dead it takes a couple minutes for the screen to show the big battery and light up to show its charging. Anyways this never happened. However my phone was making noises like I had an email or text message periodically and a blue blinking light. I tried to do the reset that was suggested on a video of yours/blog post with the volume down button and power button held down for 10 seconds. I’ve tried all your post had to offer and still no luck. Also when I call my cell phone from our landline it rings but the screen doesn’t light up. the buttons also do not make any noise when I press them. I also just updated the software winthin the last week, week and a half. I’m at a loss and incredibly frustrated and upset. I’ve had this phone for just going on 2 years and I still owe on. Any help/suggestions you could suggest would be greatly appreciated.
