My Fitbit charge 3 won’t pair with Samsung S10+ Bluetooth. This problem came all of a sudden, i noticed the device was falling behind on time and i was unable to manually sync the device. I again noticed i was not getting notifications at that time. I have done a reboot of device & phone. Did not help. I did factory reset, uninstalled the Fitbit app. Reinstalled the app, restarted phone and device, no luck again. I sent message to customer service via community on Twitter, no response from customer service. Thank you.
