Make sure that your earbuds tips or wingtips are attached properly when charging. See to it that you are using the Samsung supplied charger (USB cable and Samsung-approved wall adapter).
Check the earbud or the case for any signs of damage. If the right earbud still won’t charge, it is possible that it is already damaged.
You may also try cleaning the charging point of the right earbud and the case with a clean soft and dry cloth. If the problem continues, you can reset the earbuds. head to Galaxy Wearables app> About Earbuds > Reset Earbuds.
if the right earbud is not charging after troubleshooting, visit Samsung’s Support Center to request a service.
