I used the front-facing camera on my Galaxy Note 9 to shoot a training video for work. The camera was on a tripod, and I was about 8 feet away presenting a collection of clothing, so I had to move around quite a bit. On playback, I noticed that the video goes just a bit out of focus periodically–usually when I came to a stand still after moving around. It refocuses pretty quickly, but this “flickering” is noticeable and distracting enough that I have to reshoot now. The tech guys at my company say this has to do with the lenses switching back and forth. Assuming I have an iPhone, they sent me simple instructions for locking the lens. I’ve searched for similar instructions for my phone–including chatting with two people at Samsung yesterday–but have had no luck. I’d love some guidance on what’s actually causing this problem and how to fix it. Thanks so much!
