On your end, there are only a couple of things you can do. First, make sure that mobile data is enabled and second, make sure you have enough credits to use the service if you’re a prepaid plan.
If you still can’t connect to the Internet after making sure of those two things, then you should call straight talk as they have all the answers you need. Then have access to your account information and they know if there’s an on-going network problem.
