Can’t hear on calls and can’t record audios on voice memos

So after the recent IOS 13.5.1 update, my iPhone 7 has been facing audio related issues. I can call and receive calls, however I can’t hear the person and neither can they hear me. The speaker icon has a faded grey color too, so it doesn’t operate as a button. I can’t record on voice memos too. And various apps like zoom also don’t work for calls, having the same problem. However I can use my phone and watch videos online where is voice and volume are the same.
